This summer, the residents of Magnolia by the Lakes have been enjoying the majesty of the H.M.S. Magnolia. As the group glided over Cass Lake, the largest lake in southeast Michigan, they delighted in the sunshine and warm summer weather, while waving to fellow lake lovers out on the water.
Trips onto Cass Lake are the newest of Magnolia by the Lake’s many amenities. The luxury senior living community recently acquired a pontoon boat that can accommodate 12 guests as it cruises around the beautiful views of Keego Harbor. Residents can currently enjoy a trip out onto the beautiful lake they see from their Villas, and enjoy the summer in style.
The H.M.S. Magnolia borrows its name from a World War I British Warship. The original H.M.S. Magnolia was in service to the British Navy from 1930 to 1945, and travelled as far as the East China Sea.
Weekly jaunts onto the water are just the newest of Magnolia by the Lakes’ endless efforts to provide residents with exciting activities inside and outside their villa community. Future projects include a beautiful garden next to the property with a view of the water and plentiful seating for residents to enjoy.
